The first Vatican Council in 1870 paid a great tribute to us human beings when it decreed that the existence of God could be known by reason without the aid of Divine Revelation. But many centuries before that the psalmist had written "The fool says in his heart that there is no God." Richard Dawkins declares that there is no God. Therefore, Richard Dawkins is a fool.
I first came aware of Mr Dawkins when doing research for my autobiography "No Love Here". After reading one hundred pages or so of one of his books, I was astonished that he could be considered one of the world's great intellects. For once he leaves the safety of his own scientific field, he begins to flounder. For much of the material in this particular book has obviously been fed to him by a team of researchers, and the meaning of which he has not a clue. That is why I have called him 'Arrogant and intellectually dishonest'.
